Messaging Compliance

OXC LLC operates software platforms, including LeadStream, that help businesses manage communications. OXC does not use this website to run a public consumer SMS marketing campaign.

ISV and subaccount model

OXC may manage communications infrastructure for customer organizations through LeadStream. Customer organizations can be provisioned in customer-specific subaccounts or equivalent isolated account structures. When a customer sends regulated SMS or MMS traffic, the customer is the message sender for that use case.

Customer-specific messaging registrations must use the applicable customer's legal business information, messaging purpose, opt-in method, sample messages, website, privacy policy, and terms.

Customer responsibilities

  • Obtain proper consent before sending messages.
  • Use accurate brand and campaign information for each use case.
  • Send only messages that match the approved use case.
  • Honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, and similar opt-out requests.
  • Provide HELP or support instructions where required.
  • Maintain current privacy policies, terms, and opt-in disclosures.
  • Keep records showing how consent was obtained.

Campaign-specific disclosures should state the sender's name, messaging purpose, expected message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, opt-out instructions, HELP instructions, and links to that sender's privacy policy and terms where required.

Prohibited messaging activity

  • Purchased, rented, scraped, or third-party lead lists without valid consent.
  • Deceptive sender identity, misleading offers, or hidden opt-out terms.
  • High-risk financial, illegal, abusive, harassing, or discriminatory content.
  • Attempts to evade carrier filtering, registration rules, or throughput controls.
  • Messages sent after a recipient has opted out.

Data handling

OXC does not sell mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

OXC may use service providers such as cloud hosting, communications, security, support, and analytics vendors to operate its platforms. These providers are used to deliver and protect the services, not to sell consumer mobile information.
