Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to OXC LLC websites and general use of OXC software platforms unless a separate written agreement applies.
Use of OXC services
OXC LLC builds and operates software platforms including LeadStream and ParcelSignal. You may use our services only for lawful business purposes and according to these Terms, applicable product agreements, and all relevant laws, regulations, carrier rules, and platform policies.
Accounts and customer data
Customer organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of data submitted to OXC platforms. Customers must keep account credentials secure and promptly notify OXC of unauthorized access.
Messaging requirements
Customers using OXC platforms for SMS, MMS, voice, email, or other communications are responsible for obtaining all required permissions, registrations, and consents before sending messages.
- Messages must identify the sender and match the approved use case.
- Customers must maintain evidence of recipient consent.
- Customers must honor opt-out requests immediately where required.
- Customers may not use purchased, scraped, rented, or unauthorized contact lists.
- Customers may not send deceptive, abusive, illegal, or high-risk prohibited content.
For campaign-specific SMS or MMS programs, customer disclosures should include the sender's identity, program description, expected message frequency, "message and data rates may apply," HELP instructions, opt-out instructions, privacy policy, terms, and any required carrier delivery disclaimer.
SMS opt-out support
Where a customer sends SMS or MMS through an OXC-supported workflow, recipients must be able to opt out through standard opt-out language such as STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Help requests should direct recipients to the sender's support contact or campaign-specific help instructions.
Suspension and enforcement
OXC may suspend or limit access to services if we believe use of the services violates these Terms, applicable law, carrier requirements, messaging policies, security requirements, or the rights of others.
No emergency use
OXC services are not designed for emergency communications, emergency response, or situations where failure of the service could cause death, personal injury, or severe property damage.
Intellectual property
OXC and its licensors own the software, designs, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials provided through the services. Customer organizations retain rights to their own customer data, subject to OXC's right to process that data to provide the services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
OXC services are provided on an as-available basis unless a written agreement states otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OXC disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OXC websites or services after an update means the updated Terms apply.
