This Privacy Policy explains how OXC LLC collects, uses, and protects information through our websites and software platforms, including LeadStream and ParcelSignal.

- Account information, such as login identifiers, workspace settings, and administrative contacts.
- Customer-provided operational data, such as leads, contacts, notes, task activity, and communication records.

Mobile information and consent data
OXC LLC does not sell mobile information. Mobile phone numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, and SMS consent records are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Customer organizations that use OXC platforms are responsible for the personal information they upload, import, or collect through their accounts. OXC processes that information to provide the software services requested by the customer and according to applicable agreements.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure. We retain information as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information where required by applicable law. Some requests may need to be directed to the customer organization that controls the relevant workspace or communication campaign.
Children
OXC platforms are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when this version became effective.
